1984 Catalina 25 Swing Keel Sailboat

Great Florida / Bahamas boat. 2’8” min draft.

Draft is 2’8” with the keel up.  Can get into very shallow anchorages. Keel down points well.  Stiff boat.

 

Sleeps 5. Custom queen size bed modification in main galley, two adults in forward V-berth, one adult in quarter berth

 

Opening Pop-Top for increased 6’6” head room and improved ventilation

 

Can be trailered and towed.

 

Very clean boat.  All maintenance has been performed.  Sailed regularly.  Currently kept in Upper Florida Keys. Inexpensive transferable slip available.
